How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout as it depends upon weight and where the parcel is being sent and which carrier you are using. For an accurate delivery quote, place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.  Once you have entered the relevant details of your delivery address, your delivery charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment so that you know exactly how much delivery will be.

All prescription medications are delivered via express post at a flat rate of $8.99 and our cold chain products are delivered via express post at a flat rate of $16.99.

Free shipping with orders over $99

Your PetPA offers free shipping on orders over $99 and applies only to orders with a weight up to 10kgs. Free shipping is not applicable for express post and if you use a promotional ‘Free Shipping’ code, you are authorising Your PetPA to use the cheapest and most reliable carrier to delivery your order.

How will my order be delivered?

Your PetPA uses postal and courier services to deliver your order and therefore you must supply a street address as PO boxes are unable to be delivered to. As with most delivery services, there will not be a standard or set time of the day that goods are delivered. Your order will be delivered on Weekdays only from Monday to Friday and generally only during business hours 8am-6pm.

Refrigerated items (cold chain medications) are sent in insulated packaging with ice gel packs. Refrigerated items are dispatched on Monday and Tuesday only to ensure they reach their destination whilst still cold. We strongly recommend only sending refrigerated items to postcodes within the Australia Post Express Post next business day network.

During your checkout process there will be special delivery instructions comment box if you have any special requests. Please note not all requests will be able to be made, however we will attempt to ensure we provide the best service we can.

If you note in the delivery instructions comment box that the order can be left at your delivery address unattended if you are not there, then we will arrange this.  Otherwise, if you are not home when the order arrives the delivery service will typically leave a note that contains the details needed to contact them to arrange a suitable re-delivery date.

Delivery Time Frames

Australia Post, Aramex (Fastway) and other delivery providers are experiencing record parcel volumes currently due to increasing interest in online shopping. At the same time, they also have limited capacity due to staff shortages. Unfortunately, this is leading to delays to normal delivery timeframes.

  • Australia Post: For an update on estimated parcel delivery times with Australia Post, please click here to visit the Australia Post website. Select the dropdown option for your state, for example “From New South Wales” if you’re located in Sydney, noting the delivery time “From Queensland” (our local Australia Post distribution centre is on the Gold Coast in Queensland).
  • Aramex (Fastway): Please see the following link for delivery time estimates for Aramex: Aramex Transit Times. Please enter “Gold Coast” under “Send from” and the closest centre to you in the “Send to” field. Our logistics partners have advised of industry wide delivery delays due to increased demand and COVID-19 lockdowns and unforseen flooding. Unfortunately, these delays are unprecedented and outside of our control.
